STA Compact Training
- Where: In-person training is offered within approximately 10 miles of Dulles Airport
- Cost: $2,000 ($1,000 deposit required)
- Equipment: 4 STA Compacts, plus assemblies for hands-on experience. Tools and test equipment provided.
- Literature: Training video to assist in servicing the STA Compact.
- Class Size: Limited to eight

Parts or Technical Support for the STA Compact includes:
- Inexpensive parts kit for emergency repair for trouble shooting. Optional kit for on site repair.
- Optional parts kit for trouble shooting emergency repairs. If there is a problem with your unit, the parts will be sent to resolve the issue. You pay for all shipping and handling and for the parts that you use. All unused parts must be returned. ($100.00 minimum, handling fee is 10% of parts sent)
- Technical Support via phone on a time and material basis. ($100.00 per hour, per day during normal business hours)
- Technical Support Contract via phone. ($500.00 per year, for up to 15 calls per year)
- Emergency back-up service. A second level support on a time and material basis.
Note: It is expected that all units will be repaired when phone support is used at the beginning of an issue in an effective and efficient manner.
