STA Compact Training: Four FSE Completed the Training Course

  • Where:  Being Planned (Approximately 10 miles from Dulles Airport)
  • When: April 26,to 30, 2011
  • Cost: 1k deposit - 2k total
  • Length: 5 Days (Monday thru Friday)
  • Equipment: 4 STA Compacts, plus assemblies for hands-on experience. Tools and test equipment provided.
  • Literature:   Training video, to assist in servicing the STA Compact.
  • Class Size:   Limited to the first eight to sign up along with a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00.

Bonus: STAR/Evolution will be on site and informal training done in the evening hours from 6 PM to 8 PM each night.

I recommend doing one preventive maintenance call at your site along with your Field Service Engineer on a time and material basis.

Parts Support for the STA Compact includes:

  • Inexpensive parts kit for emergency repair for trouble shooting. Optional kit for on site repair.
  • Phone Technical Support on a time and material basis.  ($100.00 per hour, per day during your normal business hours.)
  • Phone Technical Support Contract. (At $500.00 per year, 15 calls per year.)
  • Optional parts kit for trouble shooting emergency repairs.  If there’s a problem with unit, the parts will be sent to resolve the issue. You pay all shipping and handling. You pay only parts you use and you return the others.  ($100.00 minimum, handling fee 10% of parts sent)
  • Emergency back-up service. A second level support on a time and material basis.

Note: It is expected that all units will be repaired, when phone support is used, at the beginning of an issue in an effective and efficient manner.
