1. In return for their assistance, they will get a share of the profits.
2. I foresee that if a Field Service Engineer assists in the first two projects, their annual percentage could exceed $__k annually.
3. Once a training program is completed, there is no work, only updating.
4. Most of the work can be done at home
5. The pay out lasts as long as the program is cost effective to maintain on the site.
