In need of parts
I have a Ventana Benchmark XT. I lost pressure in the system. When I ran the service test to manually start the compressor, the motor ran and delivered 12.7 psi, which is normal. As I listened closer, I heard a leak. Upon further inspection, I found a cracked filter. The crack almost appeared like something physically hit the plastic exterior. I know that can't happen because the area is protected by a cover on all sides and the tray above. Do the filters typically break as I have experienced? Secondly, how can I just order the filters? I remember replacing the filters during its last PM. I don't want to order a whole PM kit for just these filters. Thanks!

My experience with the fluid
My experience with the fluid diodes or filters is that they do break in the manor you stated. The unit has what I call fluids diodes and filters which look somewhat alike, but are different. The manufacture has changed there vender in the last year or so. The newer ones seem to leak easier. I have some if you give me your mailing address, I will send them to you. The fluid diodes have to be installed in the proper orientation. There are arrows on the sides of the fluid diodes to assist you.
