This unit is for cap piercing units only.
The manufacture of this unit is under contract not to sell this pump to anyone but Diagnostica Stago, but we have contracted out the rebuilding of this pump.
Bearings and rebuilt kit are installed and then tested.

Z Motor for movement of needles

EV valve for cap piercing systems
This is the motor which pulls the cuvettes into the cuvette loader.
Maintains the proper temperature to head #3 of the pipetting head. This is located in the pipetting head of the STA Compact.
This is located behind the right side drawer of the STA Compact. It always should have cleaning solution in it.
Optical Module provides the light to make photometric tests. This unit is also the fix for failure to communicate to measurement block. We test this unit prior to shipment.
Used Optical Module are available at 50% or below the new cost. They are also tested prior to shipping and have a year warranty on them.
This is used on the STAR and the Evolution.
Product Detection Board used for the detection of products in the Product Drawer. Bottom board of the assembly.

STA Compact Cable Liquid Level Detection Needle. These are the old style LLD Cables. They will work, but the improved one are suppose to last forever.

There are two types of z motors. One is designed for cap piercing units, which are longer in length. They are used to move the three needles and the arm #2 up and down.
